Moulin Rouge! or Rocky Horror Picture Show?

I'd say Rocky Horror. Moulin Rouge starts off very kinetic and jumpy but after the story begins it sort of mellows out a bit and even though the visuals are great, it doesn't really feel any weirder than most musicals, where as RHPS stays bizarre throughout.
