Is this a mucous retention cyst?

I have a mucocele (sp?) - your symptoms sound consistent with mine. Sometimes it puffs up and becomes annoying, but it always breaks open and goes back down. Surgery is the only permanent fix. I suppose I'll get mine removed one day, but it doesn't bother me too much.
