I don't know what's wrong with me ?

I'm tired of being sick. I have diarrhea, fever 101 a few times a day, pain around my belly on and some occasional sharp pains to right, all around my belly on and to the right is tender/hot to touch. Also been nausea and having loss of appetite. I don't know what's going on. I went to the ER yesterday and the doctor only checked me for appendicitis and ovarian cysts, then let me leave without telling me i'm sick..the answer i wanted. Does anyone know what it is ? I def, know it's not a stomach bug because i've had those before and its not that kind of pain. It's not gas either.. should i go back to another doctor ?
