Car Accident Compensation Question?

I was hit by a driver almost head on, he fell asleep behind the wheel driving a corvette speeding. I swerved he smacked me on the side almost killing me. I have witnesses, police report ect.. I have now severe whiplash in my neck, back and doing physical therapy for 2 months now. Visited 3 doctors, broke inside of my nose and had surgery. Lost 2-3 weeks of work and my work is commission and salary. I can make yearly commission if with a good client about 60K plus 70K year salary. After 2 months, still recieving treatment, nose hurts, split blood, severe headaches, no sports for a year and no exercise. Almost got fired from work for doing poorly with sales due to doctors visits, therapy and surgery. What you think im looking at as far as my case is concern?
