Skin care routine help please!?

I am 15 years old, i don't have terrible skin, its not really oily or dry, around my nose it gets kind of dry, but that's about it, i get acne on my forehead, around my nose, my chin and upper lip, i also have some scars, i have a very ineffective routine, i rarely do anything in the morning, but at night i use this antiseptic i think its from clean and clear, and then the spot treatment, no moisturizer or toner or anything, every time i go in the store there are too many products, my mom is of no help, she has really bad skin, and ive tried proactive and a million other kits, so don't recommend those please. thanks.
