Okay well i really like this guy and he likes me i think he does things but i think likes my best friend like?

first off like stop like using the word like t makes you look like you fail miserably at english. and second of all if you like him ask him to help you study in something if hes smart and flirt around with him see if he takes the hint that you might like him . it might take a few trys but still you can always try to see what he thinks about you and if he ends up liking you also go out with the dude. its all simple logic. if he likes you , you like him try the relationship out and see where it goes. . . thats all the advice i have for you.
