IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WHO HAS EXPERIENCED FRAUD BY UNITED STATES CONTRACTORS TRUST (USCT)?

USCT is a fraudulant company posing as a Health Insurance company. THEY ARE NOT! After paying ther premimus for about 8 months and having seen several Doctors, none of my claims have been paid. I found out they aren't licensed in my state which is Kansas, nor many other states. I went to the Insurance Commissioner and they contacted the Attorney Generals office. I was told there was nothing they could do for me. I would like to hear from others who have delt with this company, and maybe start a cl action law suit against them. I now have over $4,000.00 in unpaid medical bills because of this company and I don't want anyone else to be scammed by them like I was.
