I keep having dreams that my teeth are falling out, does that mean anything?

ive had this dream for as long as i can remember... and i lose my teeth in the most gruesome ways... but now its starting to bother me.. the dreams feel more real than ever.. i had one dream that i turned onto an old crippled woman but im only 20 so it freaked me out even more... sorry can anyone help relieve my fear...
