Runescape: What is the number of Nature Runes per hour using the Abyssal Rift Method?

I have 51 runecrafting. I use the ist system. I use the small, medium, and large pouches, plus the rest of my inventory. I wear weight reducing boots and I wield a mithril pickaxe to reduce weight. I use the abyssal rift to runecraft the natures. What is the my runes per hour? Do you have any suggestions as to help me increase my runes per hour?
