Medicaid and WIC HELP!!?

I am 27 weeks pregnant and Barely qualified for medicaid during the pregnancy, I also have WIC... since we qualified my hubby has gotten a raise that would disqualify us... I need to know if they will check this after the baby is born... someone told me I have to re-qualify for WIC after the baby comes, but if I do I won't get it.. If I do try to re-qualify and they find out that hubby makes more will WIC tell Medicaid?
