Are dumber people more apt to beleive sillier thing than are more inteligent people are? or is social conditioning enough to ensnare the most brilliant among us in senseless superstitious beleif? I have met several "Beleiver" who I would consider smart, even brilliant, many of them are a damned site smarter than me, or anyone else I know. Yet they persist in beleiving things that there is no empirical data for. I don't get it.
