Is Cindy Sheehan a paid political distraction and/or a calculated P.R. maneuver?

If anyone at all is paying Sheehan, they're wasting their money. She lost all credibility when she put on that circus show in Crawford TX. I know she lost a son in Iraq and it put her over the edge. PR firms could definitely be using her as a distraction but I hope they didn't pay her much
