I'm in love with a friend, but there's a distance?

She's one of my closest friends, diplomatic, polite, kind, funny, intelligent, goes to my church everything really. I've worked hard to grow closer to her and I think she really is interested, I asked her out a while ago but she didn't answer clearly, just now she said with me going to highschool (shes one grade younger) that it would be to difficult. It may be her parents, but I know her parents love me because I help them out a lot each week at church. What can I do to let her realize I would do anything for her?
