How much does foster parents get paid in north new jersey ?

One of my friends is thinking @ taking care of another baby . he got 2 of his own already . he got some info by mail kinda saying he was gonna make money doing it , i wanna find out if its true or what ? first of all bc taking care of a baby is one big responsability n should not be seen as an oportunity to make money. mmmm so i guess if anyone has help or info let me know
